A set of compatible Delta cleats (9 degree) & Shimano SPD cleats (similar to SM-SH51 model) are included. The cleats tension is adjustable for clip in and out feelings by screwing the side of the pedal.
    • EASY TO INSTALL - Clearly marked L (left)/ R (Right) makes pedal installation quick and easy. Simply use a 15mm open-end wrench to install pedal onto your indoor bike.

I just ordered another pair, but only because the other two somehow got stuck up in trees. We have some very old and very large oak trees so not so easy to retrieve. Hope they somehow drop someday. But in the meantime, Lassie will be happy with her new ones. Very highly recommended!
